How a project works at X-Labs

The short version of how a team takes a problem from the first conversation to something real.

Every X-Labs project runs the same basic way. A team starts by going out and talking to the people who live the problem, instead of guessing at it from a classroom. They write down what they assumed, test it against what they hear, and put what they learn on a shared canvas. Then they build something small, put it in front of real people, and keep adjusting until it actually fits. When the evidence says an idea is wrong, they change course. When it holds up, they push on and ship it.
